Teaming to Achieve

This course is designed to help participants explore the meaning of teamwork, its important in building leadership skills, as well as knowing how teams contribute to individual and organizational success. In addition, the workshop explores the specifics of how to build an effective team, lead a team, develop a team, and encourage collaboration. Participants will come away with real tools they can use going forward. Teaming contributes significantly to a management accountant’s competency, and the workshop helps fill in some gaps in participants’ teaming skills.
